Pray
Choose one pillar, one open position, or one initiative and pray for it by name every week for three years. Prayer is not the prelude to this vision. It is the foundation of it.
Serve

The Structure Is Ready. We're Waiting on the Person.
Every open position below is a specific calling — not a general request. Each one has a clear description. None of them are vague.
We don’t just need volunteers. We need trained volunteers — and people willing to become trainers. When training depends on one or two people, growth stalls every time that person is unavailable. The strategy is to reproduce training capacity inside every ministry.

Workplace Ministry Leader
Builds a volunteer team and takes a replicating ministry model to the next level.
Ministry Incubator & Assessment Coordinator
Helps new ministries launch and supports existing ones with assessment and direct help.
Financial Literacy Facilitator
Leads the practical budgeting class and the investing and wealth-building class.
Hospital & Home Visitation — Team Lead
Coordinates visitation teams and ongoing pastoral care beyond the walls.
Medical Response Team Members
Volunteers needed to make up and fully staff the Sunday medical response team.
Festival Outreach Coordinator
Organizes our community event presence and volunteer outreach teams.
Ministry Connection Coordinator
Makes it simple for anyone at Rejoice to find their place and serve.
Production (In-House) — Team Lead
Oversees Sunday in-room production and trains the production team.
Special Needs Support Lead
Trains and coordinates classroom aides in Children’s Church.
Celebrate Recovery Leader
Must be CR certified and personally experienced in recovery. You won’t just lead a program — you’ll build the entire training pipeline from the inside.

Expanding the Teaching Team
Vision 2028 includes bringing a gifted rising leader onto our teaching team. This is not a replacement. It is an expansion.
This person will preach, pastor, develop leaders, and serve across all four pillars. Their presence adds depth to our bench, extends our pastoral reach, and strengthens the vision already in motion.
This role is built for the people we are most urgently called to reach, and for the church Rejoice is becoming.
